sSOFASはSOFASを算出する構造化されたツールです。対象者は就学以降です。対象者の評価に十分な情報を持った代理人からの聴取によって採点が可能です。また臨床において情報を十分に得ている支援者・医師等が面接を省いて採点することが可能です。sSOFASは直近の１ヵ月間の行動評価を行います。sSOFASでの１ヵ月とは4週間28日のことを指すこととします。特に断りがない場合は、１ヵ月以前の状態については評価に含めないようにします。
